• Upgraded Exhaust

The 2023 CRF450RWE’s exhaust system has received a major upgrade thanks to the new Yoshimura exhaust system designed to provide the same power as the Honda HRC’s factory machines. Combined with an engine that gains more power and torque at low and max, a new silencer and stainless-steel header pipe, riders will enjoy the bike’s impressive power.

• Oval Exhaust Ports

As with the CBR1000RR-R Fireblade, the CRF450RWE's exhaust port is oval rather than round in shape for improved efficiency, and the twin exhaust design of the previous model has been replaced by a single downpipe and muffler, saving a full 1.24 kg (2.7 lb.). The downpipe also tucks in 74 mm closer to the centre line, improving rider ergonomics.

• Race-Proven Suspension

Fully adjustable, the 49 mm Showa USD coil-spring fork is a version of the Showa 'factory' fork supplied to race teams in the Japanese championship. And if that weren't enough, an increased damping force from the R type allows skilled riders to kick it up a notch for higher speeds.
