RSL Rock crusher and asphalt grinder for tractors between 80 and 190 HP with a max working depth of 11 inches.
The RSL is a PTO tractor mounted multi-purpose rock crusher. It allows: Rock Crushing, Slab Milling, Stump/Root Grinding, Underbrush and Soil Blending.
The side gear transmission allows uniform and consistent rotor RPM with higher torque.
The high quantity of teeth is designed to obtain the best results with rock and slabs. The hydraulic skids are designed to adjust working depth.
The crushing chamber is protected by HARDOX® layers for higher resistance to wear and are replaced easily without removing the rotor.
It is an extremely versatile machine and the compact dimensions permit use in vineyards and orchards.
It is mountable on smaller wheel tractors.
Multiple tooth options are available for different conditions and applications.
Available with a special tooth system that can work while stump grinding and rock crushing simultaneously.
The standard equipment includes:
• PTO drive shaft with cam clutch,
• hydraulic adjustable skids,
• HARDOX® counter blades,
• inner bolted HARDOX® plates for a complete anti-wear protection,
• bolted grid on rear hood,
• forged tool holders made of heat treated steel, oversized rotor bearings,
• "double steel cage system" machine shell (WELDOX® steel) to provide an effective protection against dust,
• structural steel outside and wear resistant steel inside,
• rear hydraulic protection/dozing hood for a better regulation of the output material,
• bolted forged rotor axels

• One side gearbox transmission (540 rpm) or with double side gearbox transmission (and 1000 rpm PTO).
Options: hydraulic top link and the possibility to have the rotor equipped with tooth type "G/3".
