UMM Forestry mulcher with fixed tooth rotor for tractors
between 140 and 240 HP.
Professional mulcher with rotor fixed tools that can shred plants up to 30 cm in diameter with tractors of medium power.
The compact size and light weight ensure easy maneuverability during the shredding operations even in extreme and difficult situations like working on the slopes.
The renewed version features a more robust chassis/body frame with the integration of protected cylinders and hydraulic links, counter blades/ interchangeable externally bolted inner plates for easy maintenance and replacement, centralized greasing hub, guard frame with raker teeth and push frame with raker teeth.
The standard equipment includes:
• shaft drive with cam clutch
• gearbox with freewheel,
• hydraulic top link with automatic parallel PTO shaft drive.
• hydraulic rear hood,
• adjustable skids
• central greasing hub
• Adjustable three-point linkage
• Internal anti-wear counter blade externally bolted for easy maintenance and replacement.
Available on demand: mechanical or hydraulic push frame with extra raker teeth, special underground skids, “W” style self-aligning device between gearbox and PTO, possibility to have the rotor equipped with tool type C/3/HD (for stony application) or type STCL/3 (for application with presence of stones) and blade C/3 (for fibrous materials).
