Comments  Disk Rippers Tackle your primary tillage needs with a Case IH disk ripper — built for durability in tough conditions and flexibility to match your needs. Seedbed Conditioning: Maximize Yield Potential The Flexibility for Any Task   Case IH disk rippers give you the flexibility to finish the field to match your farming practices. Creating a first-pass soil surface that settles level prior to secondary tillage and planting:   • Maximizes each plant’s yield potential • Leads to a more uniform plant stand The Crumbler® 160 (round bar or flat bar):   • Breaks up large soil clods • Knocks soil off root crowns • Creates smoother conditions for easier spring seedbed preparation   Crumbler® 160 Optional Attachment   The Case IH Crumbler® 160 seedbed finisher can be attached to any Case IH disk ripper for:   • Fertilization • Secondary tillage • Planting   Disk Level'R™ Optional Attachment   Use a Case IH disk level’r™ to evenly distribute soil and residue across the soil surface. • Allows you to apply heavier down-pressure • Creates a more uniform surface promoting consistent warming for earlier planting in the spring   The disk level’r on Ecolo-Tiger® 530C and 730C models has been strengthened for longer life and features on-the-go hydraulic adjustment. We Have Residue Management Down to a Perfection Case IH disk rippers help you cut, size and mix crop residue to reduce erosion and increase production capacity. This effective crop residue management allows you to:   • Increase organic-matter content in the soil • Provide a soil/residue mixture that allows moisture to penetrate the subsoil faster • Decrease erosion through improved porosity and drainage 50/50 Is Our Idea of Ideal Soil Composition Ideal soil composition — known as soil tilth — is 50 percent soil and 50 percent pore space, with water and air equally distributed within the pore space. Soil compaction eliminates this needed pore space and is a common yield-robbing culprit. It can be caused by:   • Numerous passes of heavy equipment • Planting early in wet soil • The hydraulic effect of heavy rains • Repetitive conventional/traditional tillage at the same depth • Varying soil textures throughout a field • Lack of crop rotation    Conser-Till® 690 Highlights .trbordd tr{border-bottom:1px solid #dedede;} .igg{float:right; padding:10px;} .tdg{border-bottom:1px solid #dedede;} .ttl{width: 100%;.conn img{max-width:700px;} height: 30px; background-color: #eeeeee; line-height: 26px; padding-top: 2px; font-weight: bold; color: #fff; margin-top: 10px; color: #df0101; font-size: 14px; clear: both;} .list ul{list-style:disc; padding-left:10px; width:100% !important;} .list li{width:100% !important; float:none;} Built for durability in tough conditions and flexibility to match your needs. Features   The Conser-Till® 690 mulch-till ripper provides a unique package of conservation-tillage features to break up compaction while keeping crop residue on the surface: • Shallow-concavity front disk blades • Proven Case IH deep, parabolic shanks with patented Tiger® points • Full-concavity rear disk blade These features provide superior performance without the speed sensitivity of other-brand machines.   Working Widths   Two working widths are available: • 12.5-ft. (3.8-m), 5-shank requires 125–250 PTO hp (93–186 kW) • 17.5-ft. (5.3-m), 7-shank requires 175–350 PTO hp (130–261 kW) Crumbler 160 Seedbed Conditioner Proven Performance   Attaching the Crumbler® 160 behind your Case IH Conser-Till 690 makes one-pass primary tillage and seedbed preparation possible. The Crumber 160 breaks up clods, knocks soil off crown roots and smoothes soil after primary tillage; saves time, fuel and tractor engine hours; and promotes higher yields by creating more ideal seedbed conditions. Performance research shows that the Crumbler 160 works in the fall to provide high-quality seedbed conditions by: • Reducing clod size by up to 46% • Creating smoother valleys by up to 45% • Improving fall seedbed levelness by up to 55% • Reducing air pockets in tilled soil The Crumbler 160 consistently exerts approximately 160 lbs./ft. (240 kg/m) of ground pressure.    Heavy-duty Construction   The Crumbler® 160 is constructed with rough terrain and varied soil conditions in mind. It features: • A mainframe and wings constructed of 6-x-4-in. (152-x-102-mm) steel tubing • 16-in. (41-cm)-diameter reels with 10 1-in. (25-mm)-diameter solid bars • 3,000 psi (211 kg/cu cm) hydraulic cylinders and hoses with ISO couplers • 9.5L x 15 eight-ply, tubeless-rim implement tires • Replaceable hubs and spindles • Large, heavy bearings • Rigidly mounted reels • Available in 15-,  17.5-, 20-, 22.5- and 25-ft. (4.6-, 5.3-, 6.1-, 6.9- and 7.6-m) widths. The four larger models fold to a narrow 13.5-ft. (4.1-m) transfer width.   Unique Features   Other unique features of the Crumbler® 160 include: • A pull frame with telescoping tongue that easily attaches to the rear hitch on primary tillage machines • Warning and tail lights • An SMV emblem • A safety chain • A parking stand .igg{float:right; padding:10px;} .tdg{border-bottom:1px solid #dedede;} .ttl{width: 100%; height: 30px; background-color: #eeeeee; line-height: 26px; padding-top: 2px; font-weight: bold; color: #fff; margin-top: 10px; color: #df0101; font-size: 14px; clear: both;} .flex-box{max-width:700px; overflow:scroll; height:800px; font-size:12px;} .flex-box td{border:1px solid #000; padding:5px;} .flex-box th{border:1px solid #000; padding:5px; font-weight:bold; background-color:#04659d; color:#fff; text-shadow:1px 1px 2px #000;} .list ul{list-style:disc; padding-left:10px; } .list li{width:80%!important;} .spectable td{border: 1px solid #000000; padding:5px; }
